There are three values for ranged weapons: the weapon’s base damage, the range modifier, and the reload time.
Weapon damage and the range modifier were already explained above.
Reload indicates how long it takes after firing for the weapon to be ready for the next shot.
Firearms are, unless tuned by MagoMechanik, at the level of single-shot weapons.
