Description
The Aquan Council, also known as “The Divers,” is a coalition of
various research communities on Neptune. With multiple research stations and
a multitude of research vessels, they explore the deep oceans of the planet. This
community shares its findings and resources, supported by various
trading houses that provide financial support in exchange for rare materials.
Goals
Exploration of Neptune’s seas: The council’s main goal is the comprehensive exploration of the
mysterious and still largely unknown oceans of Neptune.
Size
The council consists of about 12,000 researchers who operate at various stations and ships.
Resources
Trade in raw materials: The Divers finance their research through the trade of the rare
raw materials they find in the Neptune Ocean.
Technology exchange: They regularly receive technological support from the Lunaris Conclave in exchange for their scientific insights.
Limited resources outside Neptune: While they possess substantial resources on Neptune, outside this planet their means are limited.
Allies
Member of the Outer Federation: As part of the Outer Federation they enjoy protection and
support within this loose confederation of states.
Relations with the Ringlers: There are various, mostly positive, relationships with the mining colonies and trading houses of the Ringler in the Saturn Belt.
Friendly contacts with the Silver Council: The “Silver Council” maintains a friendly
relationship with the Divers, based on shared scientific and trading interests.
Business contacts with the Mars-Venus Trading Consortium: The Divers have profitable
business relationships with the Mars-Venus Trading Consortium, which promotes the exchange of goods and knowledge.
