The lifestyle of your character determines their social status, their access to resources and their overall standard of living. The lifestyles include Street, Simple, Middle-class and Upscale.

Living costs are purchased at character creation from the points for the attributes. They determine how much money a character starts their adventurer life with and how much it costs to sustain them during the game.

On the other hand, the lifestyle provides the character with everyday resources such as clothing, provisions and shelter, without players having to constantly keep books on income and expenditures.


Straße

Beschreibung:
Characters who live on the street belong to the poorest in society. They have no fixed residence and live in the slums or on the streets of the city. Often they rely on alms, casual jobs or criminal activities to survive.

Lebensstandard:
Minimalist, oft auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Charaktere müssen sich mit einfachen oder improvisierten Unterkünften begnügen und haben selten Zugang zu sauberen Kleidern oder regelmäßigem Essen.

Mögliche Anschaffungen:
Gebrauchte oder selbstgebaute Ausrüstungen, einfache Werkzeuge, günstige Nahrung und improvisierte Waffen. Zugang zu hochwertigen oder speziellen Gegenständen ist stark eingeschränkt.

Street

Description:

Possible acquisitions:
Used or self-built equipment, simple tools, cheap food and improvised weapons. Access to high-quality or specialized items is strongly restricted.

Simple

Beschreibung:
Einfach lebende Charaktere haben ein festes Zuhause, oft in beengten Mietwohnungen oder kleinen Häusern in Arbeitervierteln. Sie verdienen ihren Lebensunterhalt durch harte Arbeit in Fabriken, Werkstätten oder als Dienstboten.

Lebensstandard:
Bescheiden, aber stabil. Sie können sich einfache, aber ausreichende Nahrung, Kleidung und Unterkunft leisten. Gesundheitsversorgung und Bildung sind minimal vorhanden.

Mögliche Anschaffungen:
Grundlegende Ausrüstungen und Werkzeuge, einfache Waffen und Rüstungen, Basisverbrauchsgüter und gelegentlich nützliche, aber nicht luxuriöse Gegenstände.

Simple

Description:

Modest, but stable. They can afford simple, but adequate, food, clothing and shelter. Healthcare and education are minimal.

Possible acquisitions:
Basic equipment and tools, simple weapons and armor, basic consumables and occasionally useful, but not luxurious, items.

Mittelständisch

Lebensstandard:
Komfortabel und stabil. Sie haben Zugang zu gutem Essen, modischer Kleidung, regelmäßiger Gesundheitsversorgung und Bildung. Freizeit und kulturelle Aktivitäten sind möglich.

Comfortable and stable. They have access to good food, fashionable clothing, regular healthcare and education. Leisure and cultural activities are possible.

High-quality tools and equipment, better weapons and armor, useful technologies and mechanical devices as well as access to education and cultural offerings.

Gehoben

Beschreibung:
Characters with an upscale lifestyle belong to the elite of society. They live in large villas or luxurious townhouses and have access to substantial wealth and power. They can finance themselves through business activities, noble titles or successful careers.

Lebensstandard:
Luxurious and carefree. They enjoy exquisite foods, expensive clothing, extensive healthcare and first-class education. Travel and entertainment are part of their daily life.

Mögliche Anschaffungen:
Exquisite and tailored equipment, high-quality and specialized weapons and armor, rare and valuable goods, access to advanced technologies and exclusive services.
