2 – totem

A totem is a special focus to which the adept feels connected through his power.
This can, as with the Wildekin of Venus, be an animal spirit or armor or weapon, such as the two Paladins of Saturn.

If it is an animal spirit, the adept can call upon it to aid him. It then comes for a duration equal to the level of the Path property, with the level serving as its attribute and skill values, and can stand guard for the adept, fight at his side, or track for him.

If it is a special weapon or armor, the level of the Path property is added to the damage or to the armor. This does not work with mago-mechanically enhanced weapons or armor.
