The Captain’s Council is a loose alliance of pirate captains who together roam the solar system.
They are battle-tested and clever, always ready for the next great adventure.
Goals
Joint raids: Their main activity is to go on loot raids together and loot treasures.
Mutual non-interference: Members of the Council respect each other and avoid internal conflicts.
Size
The membership in the Captain’s Council can vary greatly. Currently, 15 captains and their crews belong to this alliance, but this number is by no means fixed.
Resources
Crews and ships: Each member brings his own crew and ship. The Council is therefore highly mobile and flexible.
Secret hideouts and Flux routes: They know countless hidden refuges and unknown Flux currents that help them escape or strike unexpectedly.
Allies
Trade relations: The Captain’s Council maintains secret trade agreements with some merchants and
luxury resource providers in Saturn’s ring.
